They also have all been in line management roles. So we, have both the theory and the practical knowledge of working successfully in a mixed culture business environment.

Has a proven track record of sustainable results over the last 25 years, in the areas of generalist HR and people development. Operated at Head of Function and Director Level within a range of multinational companies across all the main business sectors, internationally. Understands how to lead, motivate and operate practically, strategically and effectively in a senior line management position.

Is a Qualified Coach, Certified practioner - Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Qualified user of motivational and leadership profiling; Qualified NLP practioner, time-line therapist and DDI leadership facilitator.

  • Credibility as a coach to senior directors, executives and high potential executives in the areas of capability development, leadership development, navigating organizational politics and career transition
  • High quality, business focused development programmes to cover all levels, from junior to top management

Co-Director, Business Coach: Ian Dickson

Has 30 years experience in the retail and educational sectors, leading complex international business wide projects, global change programmes, global executive compensation and benefits approaches, strategic trade union and works council negotiations.

  • Has been involved in the design, management and implementation of major global change programmes and has deep knowledge of the challenges and practical processes and solutions needed for sustainable outcomes.
  • Practical "in house" coaching expertise through working with the senior management cadre on business and career development issues. Has experienced “the good, the bad and the ugly” in terms of development and is committed to providing relevant development solutions that stick.
